Shifting Horizons

We recently announced a Design open call titled ‘Shifting Horizons’. Shifting Horizons is a Design Showcase curated by Alaiia Gujral for India Art Fair 2025. This showcase focuses on Indian craft, traditional methods, and materials, transforming them into contemporary designs that reflect the future.

We are calling on Indian Designers working in Furniture, Lighting, Fibers, Installations, and Object Design who are reinterpreting these traditions in innovative ways. We encourage all designers in these fields to apply for the chance to exhibit at the prestigious India Art Fair 2025, South Asia’s largest art fair!

As always, you can submit as many collections or pieces as you like until 20th October 2022, when our open call ends.

We will review all submissions and announce the winners at the end of the open call. Please follow our social media channels for updates and announcements.

Submit the following with your application to [email protected]:

• Nationality – Indian citizen or resident
• Portfolio – Submit at least 3 relevant projects (ready to show by Jan 2025)
• High-resolution images of your work in JPEG or PNG format (up to 10MB, 72dpi resolution)
• Statement – Brief explanation of how your work aligns with the Shifting Horizons theme
• Short Bio/Studio Profile (max 200 words)
