Anything Ceramic

We encouraged all ceramic enthusiasts to embrace the beauty of the medium in our open call – ‘Anything Ceramics’.

Ceramics are one of the oldest and most versatile art mediums, our creators explored the boundless possibilities of the medium. In contemporary art and design, ceramics continue to evolve as a dynamic medium, blurring the boundaries between traditional craftsmanship and innovative experimentation.

We asked our creators to experiment, innovate, and demonstrate the unique qualities of ceramics, through this open call. Our Artdemic board of curators selected artworks that were featured on our page every week, for the duration of the call.

Shivu Mahesh was named the winner of The Anything Ceramics Open Call closed on Sunday, 20th August 2023 and he was awarded a micro grant of ₹10,000/-.
